Entertainment Rooms

When iTEC was introduced to this project, the residence was under construction and the space was already established. Our prospective client (at the time) wanted to create a Sports Room for entertaining with his family and friends on game day.

His goal was to have a video projection system with a large motorized screen that would come down in front of a few large flat panel displays. Similar to what he had in his existing home. The projection system proposed had a video matrix switch which would allow the large screen to show multiple games at once. The downside to this proposed design was two-fold. First the projection system image would be clipped whenever someone stood up in the room near the screen wall and the massive amount of ambient light which floods the space would wash out the image. Secondly the image resolution when using the matrix switch in multi-display mode would not produce a full resolution image within each section of the screen.
